Creating a Prescription Drug Affordability Board (PDAB) to Implement Drug Price Controls.

Health insurers were previously required to "offer and make available" such coverage, but this bill requires the coverage be "provided." At least one version of contraceptive drugs and devices must be covered at no cost, though insurers must also cover at no cost a drug or device if recommended by a healthcare provider based on an individual's "medical need." Growing the Surveillance State and Authorizing "Taxation through Citation" by Allowing Local Law Enforcement to Deploy Speed Cameras.

This bill prohibits any public elementary or secondary school student from being suspended or expelled from school without first implementing at least one "evidence-based restorative disciplinary practice," such as community service, mentoring, and peer mediation.
